Veterinarian Jacy Bingham talks with a local dog owner before administering a discounted rabies vaccine during the annual rabies clinic event held at Bradberry's Best Tuesday, April 28 and operated by Bingham, Price Ruffin DVM and staff of Dublin Veterinary Clinic. More than 200 dogs and cats were vaccinated while free baths were also offered to pets. Pet owners could also meet with a few vendors and get a free chili dog compliments of Bradberry's Best.
