The following first responder calls were made April 20-April 26. Local first responders handled 91 calls during this time frame and PD completed 30 traffic stops.
Dublin PD April 20
A vehicle crash was reported in the 200 block of North Patrick when a postman advised he was hit by a delivery truck.
An individual was reportedly driving home in a white work van after the ER gave her fentanyl making her unfit to drive. She was not located.
Information was provided with a situation involving juveniles.
A disturbance occurred in the 300 block of North Camden.
April 21
A motorist assist was called in on Hwy. 377/FM 219 but it was not located.
A fraud report was called in.
A disturbance occurred in the 600 block of Austin Street. Parties were separated and cited.
An assault was reported on Hwy. 6.
April 22
A person had questions in reference to a stolen U-Haul A person stated they received a phone call from a lawyer stating his tickets were not dismissed, and he had never received a ticket in the area.
A reckless driver with a white Dodge lifted pickup was reported on Hwy. 377. They were unable to be located.
April 23
An agency assist was reported in the 100 block of East Mesquite.
An abandoned vehicle was reported in the 100 block of East Live Oak.
A dog was reportedly running into the roadway near Cajun Cowboys. The animal was not located.
April 24
An agency assist was requested on Hwy. 6.
Civil service papers were served.
A brown Toyota Tundra was driving recklessly and under the speed limit on Hwy. 377. They also reportedly ran a red light. Vehicle was not located.
Recovered property was turned into the police station.
A disturbance occurred on Eagle Street. Parties had separated before the PD got there.
Two large bulls were out past the high school. There were secured and moo-ved out of the way.
A funeral escort occurred in the 7200 block of Hwy. 6.
April 25 A suspicious person was reported by Fort Worth Western when a person knocked on the door wanting to charge his phone. Police contacted him and everything was OK. He went to Allsup’s to buy a charger.
A stranded person was reported at the intersection between Blackjack/377 when the wheels fell off the vehicle. A wrecker picked up the vehicle.
A reckless driver was reported on Hwy. 377 in a Gold Chevy Silverado with a gas can on the back. It was unable to be located.
A mother and juvenile son were in a physical fight. The juvenile was detained.
A trash can was reported as having a weird smell on the basketball court at the City Park with a lot of flies around it. It was inspected and it was illegally dumped household trash.
A person attempting self harm was transported by EMS for treatment and help.
A male was riding his skateboard in traffic on Hwy. 377.
Suspicious activity was reported when locks were placed on an individual’s shipping containers on family land on CR 307.
A noise complaint was reported in the 400 block of Grady Street on a house that had been having loud parties for two nights. The home stated they would keep it down.
April 26
A resident reported a snake inside at the 600 block of North Post. Though unable to be handcuffed, the reptilian reprobate was ejected from the building. In this case, the scales of justice moved swiftly.
A person stated they had seen a quad with three children in it, and were driving in the center of the street on North Davies and East Harris. The caller felt it was unsafe.
A noise complaint was reported on Briarwood Street for barking dogs that had been going on for about an hour and a half. Two homes had dogs barking at one another. Homeowner was outside cleaning in the yard, and stated they would put the dogs up soon.
A 911 hangup occurred with a Spanish speaking individual. Everything was 10-4.

April 22 – EMS responded to a crush injury when machinery fell on a male on South Liberty/Water Oaks.
April 26 – a person requested help to pick up an uninjured friend that fell.
