The following first responder calls were made April 15-April 20. Local first responders handled 55 calls during this time frame and PD completed 18 traffic stops.
Dublin PD April 15
Three dogs were running around in the 300 block of Hurt Street. Reporting person advised the fence was broken where the dogs ran to, and they had been aggressive previously.
A welfare concern was called in on the 400 block of South Patrick. A 15-yearold female was in the store barefoot and acting strange. Several customers reported the same thing to the manager. A person reported the vehicle’s plate, and a welfare check was done.
A suspicious person was reportedly running up and down the street in the 100 block of Patrick.
A reckless driver was reported in the 100 block of South Grafton Street. No signs of impairment were seen.
A green John Deere pulling a tan trailer was hauling manure in the 600 block of East Blackjack Street. It was losing manure all over the road.
A one-vehicle accident occurred at East Blackjack and North Davies, and the DeLeon/Carlton Sign was down.
A vehicle crash between an 18-wheeler and an SUV happened in the 100 block of West Blackjack.
A person requested further assistance following a domestic disturbance.
A suspicious person was reported in the 100 block of East Blackjack A vehicle crash occurred at Post Oak/Bryan at the DeLeon/Carlton Sign.
EMS requested law enforcement due to someone dangerous outside trying to get into their building.
An agency assist was requested in the 200 block of Private Road 1610.
April 16
A reckless driver call was reported when a red Chevy Cruz was swerving on West Blackjack, coming into Dublin from West Hwy. 6. They were unable to be located.
Animals at large were reported in the 300 block of Hurt. Home appeared abandoned and they were trying to catch the dogs.
A parent called the police because a 15-year-old boy refused to get into the parent’s car.
April 17
A building check was done in the 100 block of West Sheridan.
Code enforcement was on scene in the 300 block of Hurt.
A reporting person in the 800 block of East Blackjack stated a previously fired ex-employee keeps coming back on the property harassing current workers. The male reportedly pulled a knife on other employees. Edward Decker was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
April 18
An alarm activated in the 500 block of East Elm.
An agency assist was requested from Comanche County regarding a hit and run with a white vehicle. It was unable to be located.
Four dogs were being aggressive in the 800 block of East Chancellor.
A reckless driver was reported on North Grafton. They reportedly tried to ram another vehicle, and might be intoxicated. Unable to be located.
A person sought help from PD about an individual that was bothering them.
April 19
A disturbance was reported in the 300 block of North Camden.
April 20
A vehicle crash was reported in the 200 block of North Patrick when a postman advises he was hit by a delivery truck.
An individual was reportedly driving home in a white work van after the ER gave her fentanyl making her unfit to drive. She was not located.
Information was provided with a situation involving juveniles.
A disturbance occurred in the 300 block of North Camden.

April 16 – A 33-year-old female was dizzy and off balance Dublin VFD
April 15 – Additional units requested on wreck due to traffic control on Blackjack with lane blockage April 15- a person in the 600 block of private road 1317 reported she could smell electrical fire and see smoke in her kitchen
