The Erath County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals Feb. 19 on felony charges.
They are: Carlos Juan Alvarado, 39, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair (Third Degree felony), possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony) and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (State Jail felony); Patrick Kyle Baker, 38 evading arrest or detention with a vehicle (Third Degree felony); Doniavan Paul Beavers, 27, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony) and possession of a prohibited weapon (Third Degree felony); Reynaldo Salinas Bibiano, 51, driving while intoxicated, third or more (Third Degree felony); Eddy Earl Brewer Jr., 38, burglary of a building, 2 counts, enhanced (State Jail felonies) and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (State Jail felony), theft of a firearm (State Jail felony) and unlawful possession of metal/body armor by a felon, enhanced (Third Degree felony); Jose German-Garcia, 31, engaging in organized criminal activity, enhanced (Third Degree felony); John Travis Hair, 44, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Dawn Cherise Hayworth, 54, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Nijel Desmon Ja Quan McGriff, 24, possession of marijuana, 5 pounds to 4 ounces in a drug free zone (Third Degree felony); Richard Graydon Muston, 41, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Trey Austin Phillips, 34, collision involving death, enhanced (Second Degree felony); Theodore Joseph San Juan, 33, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence (Third Degree felony) and possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony) and Zandra Ivy Winegeart, 53, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram, enhanced (State Jail felony).
