The Dublin Lady Lions fought a close battle (45-38) with Millsap Thursday, Jan. 22 following an away loss to Tolar.
Adriana Stewart led the Lioness charge with 12 points against Millsap followed by Olivia Salyer with 7, Bayli Jackson with 6 and Derby Kukla with 5. Regan Vanbebber scored 4 and Ismari Molina and Savannah Chacon each scored 2.
In the 66-22 loss to Tolar Salyer scored 7, Kukla put in 6, Jackson had 4, Brittney Everett added 3 and Stewart and Chacon each scored 1.
Following scheduling changes due to weather, the Lady Lions will play at Tolar Thursday, Jan. 29 at 4 p.m. and return home to play Comanche after the JV girls play at 5 p.m. After that, they play in Breckenridge Tuesday, Feb. in games starting at 5 p.m. and return home Feb. 6 to face Eastland for Sr. Night.
