The Erath County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals Jan. 6.
Jack Arden Floyd, 61, three counts of possession of child pornography, enhanced (Third Degree felony); Joshua Jacobs, 44, driving while intoxicated 3rd or more (Third Degree felony); Penny Lee Melton, 62, driving while intoxicated third or more (Third Degree felony); Michael William Stahmann, 57, driving while intoxicated third or more, enhanced (Third Degree felony); Aaron Jonathan Webb, 20, obstruction or retaliation, 3 counts (Third Degree felony); Wesley Stone Wise, 22, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony) and Chance Wayne Zimmerman, 38, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony).
