Dublin PD Dec. 22
A person called in a welfare concern for her dad that sleeps in his 18-wheeler. Had not heard from him in about a day.
A hit and run was reported in the 200 block of North Davies.
An alarm activated in the 300 block of North Patrick.
Dec. 23
A welfare concern was resported after someone had called 911 multiple times and scuffling could be heard in the background. 911 tried to call on the regular phone, they answer and then hang up A vehicle crash was reported on Fm 2156.
Dublin assisted another agency with a warrant service on North FM 219.
Dublin assisted deputy on traffic at Blackjack and Grafton.
A welfare concern was called in for a female crying and walking towards Dublin on CR 336. She was not located.
A deer that was hit on Blackjack was laying there still alive.
Dec. 24
Suspicious activity was reported when a vehicle alarm kept going off on CR 304. Wanted the area checked and there were no deputies available to take the call.
The sewer was overflowing on Bluebonnet Circle. Public works was notified.
Dec. 25
A disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Blackjack.
Two large dogs attacked her chickens in the 400 block of West Mesquite. The dog owners were located and a report was taken.
Dec. 26
An alarm activated at 1.21 Giggawatts Antiques on Blackjack.

Dec. 27
There was a verbal disturbance between a husband and a wife.
There was a vehicle crash on South Patrick. There were no injuries and no road blockage.
Dec. 28
DPD helped another agency with a call in the 300 block of North Davies.
A person in the 600 block of Lacey advised there was a male in their backyard and they did not know him, but he isn’t supposed to be there.
A person reported her grandma called her stating it sounded like someone was trying to break into her house. The reporting person thought it was bushes scratching the house, but would like PD to check the home anyway.
A disturbance between a mom and daughter was reported in the 100 block of West Mesquite.
Dublin Fire
Dec. 26 – An owner requested fire assistance for a controlled burn that got out of control on CR 337.
Dec. 27 – There was a fire in the kitchen at Granny Clarks. It was extinguished quickly, no one was hurt.
Dec. 28 – DVFD was requested for mutual aid on a brush fire in a coastal area that had been recently mowed on CR 322.
Fire was called for a smoke investigation at 377 Loop/SH 6.
Erath EMS – Dublin division
Dec. 22 – A middle aged female had a stroke.
Dec. 23 – an elderly male fell, and was able to get himself into a chair, but family would like him checked on.
Dec. 25 – EMS assisted an individual with high blood sugar and a broken shoulder.
Dec. 26 – A 47-year-old female complained that her left ring finger and hand was swelling with pain.
