Fleda (Alexander) Harbin
Fleda Phosa (Alexander) Harbin left this earthly life on Dec.23, 2025, in Hico, Texas. Born on Feb. 5, 1935, to Velma Kennedy and Hopie Alexander in Downing, Texas, Fleda lived a life full of love and family.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Troy Harbin, her daughter, Linda, and her parents, Hopie and Velma Alexander. Fleda is survived by her daughters, Debbie Steiner, Sheree Lindsey and husband, Dennis, Vickie Toon and husband, Lance. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, Sandy and Scott Steiner, Chris and Kevin Byrd, Brandon Finley, Anna and Mason Toon, and numerous great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Fonda Sons, and brother, Levi Alexander.
Visitation was held Friday, Dec. 26, 2025, at Harrell Funeral Home Graveside services were held Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025, at the Lower Greens Creek Cemetery.
