The following individuals were indicted on felony charges by the Erath County Grand Jury Thursday, Dec. 18.
They include: Charles Wesley Archambeau, 54, continuous violence against the family, enhanced (Third Degree felony); Saray Avilez, 29, driving while intoxicated with a child passenger (State Jail Felony); Jacob Lee Bennett, 36, driving while intoxicated 3rd or more (Third Degree felony); Joseph Lee Cehand, 20, possession of a substance in penalty group 2, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Karl Gunter Easterling, 52, driving while intoxicated 3rd or more (Third Degree felony); Johnathan Michael Garcia, 20, harassment of a public servant (Third Degree felony); Charles Edward Jenkins Jr., 43, possession of a substance in penalty group 2, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); James Alton McCoy, 59, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams, enhanced (Third Degree felony); James Jackson Morgan, 32, driving while intoxicated 3rd or more (Third Degree felony); William John Mullin, 42, two counts of possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams, enhanced (Second Degree felony) and possession of a substance in penalty group 2, 1-4 grams, enhanced (Third Degree felony).
Manuel Gerardo Naranjo, 25, theft of property, $30,000 to $150,000 (State Jail felony); Jose Marcario Ortiz, 43, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Rebecca Lynn Phillps, 51, theft of a firearm, 2 counts (State Jail felony); Christian Patrick Raybourn, 29, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Precious Joy Robison, 39, prohibited substance in a correctional facility (third Degree felony) and possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Dale Edward Smith, 41, theft of property $2,500 to $30,000 (State Jail felony) and Terrell Wayne Washington, 38, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams, enhanced (Second Degree felony).
