Walt’s Tractor Show is aiming to pull in guests to Bluff Dale Saturday, Nov. 15.
The free event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Bluff Dale Methodist Church’s vacant lot adjacent to Double D BBQ in Bluff Dale, TX (Holt Street & HWY 377) .
The event was inspired by five year old tractor enthusiast Walter Gaddy who, when visiting a car show, asked his parents why there isn’t a tractor show Although free, tractor exhibitors are asked to help ‘fill the tractor bucket’ with canned food and unwrapped toys benefiting Bluff Dale families for Christmas.
The event will include a tractor Parade throughout the neighborhood starting at 2 p.m. and a kids crafting station as well as the tractor show featuring Antique, New, Pedal and Power Wheel categories!
Currently registered tractors include John Deere, Allis Chalmers, Ford 800 propane, Wheel Horse (tiny lawn tractor!), and 1940s Farmall.
