Harris' Old West Pumpkin Patch open this weekend
The Harris' Old West Pumpkin Patch will be open every weekend from 8 a.m. until dark located at 1129 CR 304 in Dublin.

Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for kids which includes wagon rides, games, concessions, photo opportunities and live music every weekend. A wide assortment of pumpkins are available for purchase.

Genealogical Society to host free workshop Friday, Oct. 17 
The Erath County Genealogical Society will host a free Genealogy Workshop at the Dublin Public Library from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17.

Topics include Beginning Your Family History; Using Collateral Research; Following Civil Court Case Documents; Productive Research Road Trips; A Guide to Writing; and AI as Your Genealogy Assistant. Come and go if needed, attend all or part day, attendees should bring their own lunch. Door prizes and drinks will be provided. Either virtual or in-person attendance is at no cost, but attendees must register.

Elks Lodge fundraiser at Dublin Market Days
Dublin Market Days will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18 at Wright Park across from the Dublin Public Library.
The Stephenville Area Elks Lodge will be selling breakfast burritos and hamburgers from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Market Days as a fundraiser.
Get ready for the holidays with several vendors selling holiday wares, food, goodies and more! 

15th annual Spirits of Erath Cemetery Walk set Nov. 2
The 15th annual Spirits of Erath Cemetery Walk will be held at 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2 at the West End Cemetery.
Donations are $10 each for the performance.
The walk features the following local legendary characters: "Old Man" F.M. Snow, Rich Fagan, Betty Grant, Hogan Family and "The Spirit of the Road."
Spirits of Erath is a joint fundraiser for The Friends of the Dick Smith Library and The Stephenville Historical House Museum.
