The Texas Education Agency has released two sets of Accountability ratings and Dublin ISD has scored Bs for both years, and Lingleville ISD also improved.
“This rating reflects the resilience, determination, and collaborative effort of the district’s students, educators, staff, and community,” Dublin Superintendent Melissa Summers said. “While overall student achievement did not yet reachthedistrict’shighexpectations, significant gains in student growth were recognized. These improvements highlight the unwavering dedication of Dublin ISD teachers to support academic progress and close learning gaps.”
With the overall score of a 87 or a B for the district in 2024, student achievement received an 84, school progress received an 86 comprised of a 76 for academic growth and an 86 for relative performance (with 72.7% economically disadvantaged students), and an 89 on closing the gaps.
As a district, they received a distinction for postsecondary readiness.
In 2025, the district gained a point and received an 88, or a B.
For student achievement, they received an 83, an 87 for school progress comprised of 77 for academic growth and 87 for relative performance (with 77.5% economically disadvantaged students), and a 90 on closing the gaps. As a district, they again received a distinction for postsecondary readiness.
“This rating is a testament to the commitment of our entire educational community. We are proud of the progress we’ve made and remain focused on continued improvement and academic excellence for every student and we hope to receive an A rating this coming year,” Summers said. “Dublin ISD remains committed to fostering a learning environment where all students can thrive and succeed. The district will continue to build on this momentum to reach even greater heights in the coming year.”
When looking at the individual campuses, Dublin Elementary School received a B rating for both 2024 and 2025.
Dublin Elementary School
In 2024, they received a B (83) rating, with a C (77) on student achievement comprised of STAAR performance, a B (84) for school progress comprised of a relative performance (eco. disadvantages 78.5%) score of B (84), and a C (79) for Closing the Gaps. The campus earned a distinction of postsecondary readiness.
In 2025, improvement was seen with the campus earning a B (84), rating with a C (78) on student achievement comprised of STAAR performance, a B (85) for school performance comprised of a relative performance (eco. disadvantages 73.8%) , and a B (83) for Closing the Gaps. The campus earned two distinctions: postsecondary readiness and Top 25%: Comparative Closing the Gaps.
Dublin Intermediate School
For Dublin Intermediate School in 2024, the campus almost earned an A, receiving an 89.
Their score was comprised of a B (85) on student achievement comprised of STAAR performance, an A (90) for school progress comprised of an academic growth score of a C (75) and relative performance (eco. disadvantages 76.7%) score of A (90), and a B (86) for Closing the Gaps.
The campus earned a slew of distinctions for 2024 including academic achievement in reading/language arts, academic achievement in math, academic achievement in science, postsecondary readiness and top 25%: comparative closing the gaps.
The intermediate campus again almost received an A, scoring a B (89) for 2025.
Their score was comprised of a B (83) on student achievement comprised of STAAR performance, an A (90) for school progress comprised of an academic growth score of an A (90) and relative performance (eco. disadvantages 77.4%) score of B (89), and a B (88) for Closing the Gaps.
The campus received several distinctions including academic achievement in reading/language arts, top 25%: Comparative Academic Growth and postsecondary readiness.
Dublin High School/Junior High
In 2024, Dublin High School/Junior High the secondary campus earned a B (86). The score was made up of a B (84) in student achievement with a B (86) in STAAR Performance, a C (74) for college, career and military readiness and A (100) for graduate rate. In school progress the campus received a B (84) comprised of a C (77) academic growth and B (84) in relative performance (eco. disadvantaged 65.6%) and an A (92) Closing the Gaps.
The campus received several distinctions including academic achievement in mathematics, Top 25%: Comparative Academic Growth, postsecondary readiness and Top 25%: Comparative Closing the Gaps.
In 2025, Dublin High School/Junior High the secondary campus earned a B (88). The score was made up of a B (84) in student achievement with a C (79) in STAAR Performance, a B (80) for college, career and military readiness and A (100) for graduate rate. In school progress the campus received a B (86) comprised of a C (70) academic growth and B (86) in relative performance (eco. disadvantaged 80.5%) and an A (92) Closing the Gaps.
The campus received several distinctions including academic achievement in mathematics, reading and science, postsecondary readiness and Top 25%: Comparative Closing the Gaps.
Lingleville ISD
For Lingleville ISD (which is comprised of all grades together), a dip was seen in 2024 but a significant rise was earned in 2025, landing an overall 88.
“Lingleville ISD remains committed to continuous improvement, with all staff, students, parents, and community members working in unison toward a common goal,” said Lingleville superintendent DeeCee McDougal. “Student success is our focus, and we have many initiatives in place to ensure our students are college and career ready with everything they need to succeed.”
In 2024, the district received a C (78), with a C (77) in student achievement comprised of a C (72) in STAAR performance, a C (71) in college, career and military readiness and an A (100) for graduation rate. For school progress, they received a C (71), a D (65) in academic growth, a C (71) in relative performance (eco. disadvantaged 48.9%) and a B (89) on Closing the Gaps.
They received a designation of academic achievement in social studies.
In 2025, the district received a B (88), with a B (86) in student achievement comprised of a C (76) in STAAR performance, a B (88) in college, career and military readiness and an A (100) for graduation rate. For school progress, they received a B (85), a B (85) in academic growth, a C (79) in relative performance (eco. disadvantaged 40.4%) and an A (92) on Closing the Gaps.
The district received two distinctions: academic achievement in social studies and Top 25%: comparative academic growth.
McDougal views the district achievements as in line with the district and community’s commitment to student success.
“This year alone, our seniors earned over $750,000 in scholarships to help them pursue their dreams in both higher education and trade schools,” the superintendent said. “The district also invested more than $150,000 in technology, placing new Chromebooks in the hands of students in grades 6–12, as well as in our labs and carts for our PK–6 classrooms.”
“Our PTO and Booster Clubs have been incredibly active, raising funds and supporting educational opportunities—such as the exciting Legacy Trail Project—that benefit all our students,” she added. “We can’t wait to see what the future holds as we work daily to meet the needs of every child, every need, every day!”
