The following individuals have been indicted on felony charges by the Erath County Grand Jury July 9.
Included are: Mark Robert Ainger, 28, driving while intoxicated, third or more (Third Degree felony); Jennifer Elizabeth Andresen, 47, possession of a substance in penalty group 2, 4-400 grams (Second Degree felony); Dustan Ray Butz, 30, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Cody Wyatt Davis, 38, theft of service, $2,500 to $30,000 (State Jail felony); Kerstie Delaney, 29, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (Second Degree felony); Charles Raymond Guhl, 33, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Denejia Nyshavuon Hawkins, 30, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams, enhanced (Second Degree felony); Cutter Graeme Overton, 25, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (Second Degree felony); Dewann Gene Robison, 37, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams, enhanced (Third Degree felony); Jose Alfredo Rosas, 33, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (Second Degree felony); Jose Servin, 26, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony) and Kristina Marie Stubblefield, 30, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony).
