Last week members from the Dublin Police Department, Lieutenant Jennings and Officer Carpenter, along with Dublin EMS Director John Tadlock attended an AAIR Train the Trainer course. Active Attack Integrated Response is a course that brings police, fire and EMS together to better respond to an active shooter threat. This is a dynamic course that places students in active shooter scenarios. This course also certified all three as instructors for the course. They will be able to bring this knowledge back to the members of Erath County’s public safety community.
