The Erath County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals on felony offenses Thursday, June 19.
Individuals indicted include: Kelly Dawn Cantero, 37, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence (Third Degree felony and possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Donna June Davis (aka Dee Anna Stafford), 61, theft – less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions, enhanced (Third Degree felony) and tampering with physical evidence – enhanced (Third Degree felony); Andres Echeverria-Perez, 33, engaging in organized criminal activity (First Degree felony); Jovaris Flores Eusebio, 27, DWI third or more (Third Degree felony); Angel David Flores-Leyva, 19, engaging in organized criminal activity (First Degree felony); Christy Lee Henderson, 47, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Israel Hernandez-Garcia, 35, engaging in organized criminal activity (First Degree felony); Jonathan M Patterson, 43, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams, enhanced (Second Degree felony); Joseph Ray Julian Rojas, 30, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams, enhanced (Third Degree felony) and Patrick Leon Wallace, 32, assault on a peace officer, enhanced (Second Degree felony).
