The following first responder calls were made May 12 –May 18. Local first responders handled 92 calls during this timeframe and PD completed 35 traffic stops.

Dublin PD May 12

People across the street in the 300 block of North Camden were outside the house talking loudly.

Three goats with baaa-d attitudes were next to the train tracks in the 500 block of East Harris St. Were traveling onto the tracks.

Cows were out near the Dublin airport asking the airplanes to moo-ve along.

A black SUV was near the track on U.S. 67/377. Car parts were on the track at overpass near yard.

Three white goats went down Grafton headed towards the church.

A person in the 300 block of East Blackjack was rear ended. No injuries. No road blockage.

Two pigs were out in the 700 block of North Norton.

A person requested the electrical work he did at Brookshire Brothers be checked before the power is turned back on to the building.

May 13

Two baby kittens were under a reporting person’s home or porch, and she needed help to get them out.

May 14

A harassment report took place when a male was being followed by a female.

A 4-wheeler in the 500 block of Elm Street was slamming on his brakes and was flipping the reporting person off. An officer located firearms, an open container and marijuana.

A big swarm of bees was located at a home in the 100 block of West Clinton. They were not attacking anyone.

May 16

A red Ford pickup was speeding and almost ran someone off the road on Hwy. 377.

May 17

A person in the 500 block of West Clinton called about someone banging on her door late at night that woke her up.

A person called in about a possum acting strange in the roadway.

A cow was out on Hwy. 6/ Loop 267.

A reporting person on Ireland Street reported trees laying on electric lines and making it spark.

Two bee swarms were outside person’s home on CR 334. They are outside but he is unable to leave his home.

May 18

A domestic dispute occurred in the 400 block of North Park.

Dublin EMS

May 12 – A person advised her neighbor fell off a ladder and she couldn’t get up. Thinks ankle is broken. An elderly male needed medical attention due to vomiting and low oxygen.

May 13 – A male fell and needs assistance getting up. An elderly female was having chest pain. A reporting person saw a male fall and hit his head. It was bleeding heavily. A young man was having shortness of breath.

May 15 – A male had low blood sugar that had not come back up for more than an hour.

May 16 - A motorcycle wreck occurred on Hwy. 377 near the Flea Market.

May 17 - An elderly female with hip pain requested to go to ER. A middle aged female complained of severe pain after being released from the hospital yesterday following a car wreck last week.

May 18- EMS requested for a rollover accident on CR 242. Three people, one unresponsive. A three day old baby was transported with breathing difficulties. A reporting person called about his elderly wife twisting her ankle and not being able to stand.

Dublin Fire

May 15 – Two fires were reported in the 1000 block of CR 371. One appears to be lit, the other one smoldering. Fires were not located.
