800 tires hit the road

Body

The city of Dublin got things rolling early Saturday, May 3 in its tire disposal event at the public works yard as residents brought old tires by the trailer load and filled up the provided container within the first two hours. More than 800 junk tires were gathered and removed from the city. The city thanked the following organizations for their assistance in the event: Dublin Public Works, Erath County Precinct 2, Dublin Code Enforcement, Dublin Police Department and Erath County Sheriff’s Office Inmate Work Program.
