The Comanche Chamber of Commerce is hosting a pair of Comanche County Art Showcases this weekend with a VIP event and a community –wide day of fun.
The VIP Art Showcase, featuring three award-winning artists from across Texas is set for Friday, April 4 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Comanche Mercantile Homestead Hall. Guests are invited to enjoy a night of art, finger foods, and wine, and take the opportunity to meet the talented artists behind the masterpieces.
Standard tickets are $35, giving guests access to food while tickets including wine and food are $40 each. The Comanche County Art Showcase will follow from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 5 around the Comanche Courthouse square and across town. Local community artists will have their work displayed in shops around Comanche Square and throughout town. This event will be held in conjunction with Comanche Market Days, making it a perfect day for shopping, exploring art, and enjoying fun activities like face painting for kids!
