The following people were indicted on felonies by the Erath County Grand Jury March 5.
They include: Alvaro Antonio Aleman, 27, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence (Third Degree felony); Stephanie Ann Busby, 27, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Idiel Camejo Prieto, 39, three counts of forgery of a financial instrument (Third Degree felony); Zachery James Darby, 40, driving while intoxicated third or more (Third Degree felony); Makinnah Amory-Lee Davis, 25, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Samuel Ray Garcia, 32, Driving while intoxicated, third or more enhanced (Third Degree felony); Pamela June Luttrell, 60, conversion or diversion of a controlled substance (State Jail felony); Chance Ryan Massey, 42, driving while intoxicated, 3rd or more (Third Degree felony); David Ray Homer Nunez, 38, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams, enhanced (Second Degree felony); Michael Lee Pruitt, 39, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (Second degree felony); Christian Patrick Raybourn, 28, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Adrian Concepcion Rodriguez, 31, tampering or fabricating physical evidence ( Third Degree felony); Johnny Arthur Stacey, 51, burglary of a building, enhanced (State Jail felony) and Benjamin Scott Ward, 37, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (Second Degree felony).
