The Erath County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals Thursday, Jan. 16 on felony charges.
They include: Bailey Deshae Banda, 25, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Lindsey Nicole Chelf, 38, for two counts of , possession of a substance in penalty group 1, more than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Adriana Nicole Fossett, 38, theft, less than $2,500 with two prior convictions (State Jail felony); Richard Anthony Hood, 36, assault family violence with previous conviction, enhanced (Third Degree felony); Hollye Obedie Little, 59, possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Robert Aaron Pilbro, 45, manufacturing or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (First Degree felony); Joya Dawn Ramirez, 35, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Rafael Reyes Reyes, 24, manufacturing or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Second Degree felony); Hannah Nichole Strama, 26, possession of a substance in penalty group 2, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony) and Jesse James Towers, 29, theft, more than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions (State Jail felony).
