Revitalize Dublin will be kicking off 2025 with its first workday project this weekend.
A clean up project is set for 9 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 18 for 338 S. Camden Street. A mobile home was removed from the land and the owner needs assistance to clean up the trash left on the property.
“In fact he actually paid someone to clean it up and it never got done,” Revitalize Dublin representatives shared on social media.
The owner will be treating volunteers to lunch and making a donation to Revitalize Dublin.
Those wanting to assist are encouraged to bring their own gloves and simply show up to help with the project. The project is not anticipated to take more than three to four hours and the more people who volunteer, the faster the project will be completed.
Weather predictions show the cold front moving in earlier than expected but no precipitation is expected. Volunteers are encouraged to dress in layers and help out a neighbor in need.
