Dublin Livestock reported that a total of $23,442 was raised during the 2024 Calves for Kids Fundraiser, thanks to generous bidders and donors of many high-demand items to help in raising money to bring Christmas to deserving children in the community.
This fundraising paved the way for volunteers to spend Saturday, Dec. 14 shopping to bring the holiday to 72 local children. “ This event takes work, and A LOT of heart to make it happen. we could not do it without everyone involved,” DLA wrote in a social media post over the weekend.
