The following individuals were indicted on felony charges by the Erath County Grand Jury Monday, Dec. 9.
Individuals indicted include: Tracy Jane Almaguer, 41, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Eric Nathaniel Caldera, 18, attempted indecency with a child (Third Degree felony); Alfredo Cervantes, 43, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Clayton Lee Conrad, 27, arson (Second Degree felony); Makayla Shae-Deone Cooper, 29, credit or debit card abuse elderly (Third Degree felony); Garrett Michael Knight, 27, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (State Jail felony); Rickey Doyle Mims, 71, driving while intoxicated, 3rd or more (Third Degree felony); Elisa Kay Rider, 50, two counts of exploitation/ forgery, elderly (Third Degree felony); Brandon Jay Taylor, 44, invasive visual recording, enhanced (State Jail felony) and Kathleen Marie Twing, 55, assault on a public servant (Third Degree felony).
