The Erath County Grand Jury returned 22 indictments Tuesday, Oct. 15.
They included:
Justin Chase Baugh, 30, Driving While Intoxicated (third or more offense), a 3rd Degree Felony;
Christopher Michael Beyer, 51, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, a 3rd Degree Felony;
Jacob Tyler Burcham, 25, Possession of a Substance in a Penalty Group 1 (under 1 gram), a State Jail Felony;
Valentine Franklin Clark, 52, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, a 2nd Degree Felony;
Jesse William Crockett, 47, Possession of a Substance in Penalty Group 1 (1 to 4 grams), a 3rd Degree Felony;
Christina Rena Deleon, 41, Theft under $2,500 with more than 2 previous convictions, a State Jail Felony;
Miguel Angel Fuentes, 33, Driving While Intoxicated (third or more offense), a 3rd Degree Felony;
Jose Eduardo Garcia, 31, Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle, a 3rd Degree Felony;
Fantyse Rickalle Gilder, 30, Theft under $2,500 with more than 2 previous convictions, a State Jail Felony
George Gunnar Grant, 20, Possession of a Substance in a Penalty Group 1 (under 1 gram), a State Jail Felony;
Dana Leigh Harper-Kelley, 46, Possession of a Substance in a Penalty Group 1 (under 1 gram), a State Jail Felony;
Krista Danielle Luera, 33, Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger,a State Jail Felony;
Carlos Mendoza-Sanchez, 25, Driving While Intoxicated (third or more offense), a 3rd Degree Felony;
Elzie Wilbur Mercer Jr., 65, Possession of a Substance in Penalty Group 1 (4 grams to 200 grams), a 2nd Degree Felony;
Taylor Ryan Morgan, 34, Driving While Intoxicated (third or more offense), a 3rd Degree Felony;
David Chase Morrison, 26, Possession of a Substance in a Penalty Group 1 under 1 gram, a State Jail Felony;
Zachary Taylor Quinn, 28, Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle, a 3rd Degree Felony;
Heather Rachelle Rodriguez, 41, Driving While Intoxicated (third or more offense), a 3rd Degree Felony;
