The Erath County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals Aug. 1 on felony charges.
They are:
■ Anthony Bouldin, 45, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony);
■ Foster James Brumbaugh, 22 possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony);
■ Ronald Kombo Bultongez, 28, failure to register/comply with sex offender requirements (Third Degree felony);
■ Santana Ray Castillo, 23, DWI third or more (Third Degree felony);
■ John Paul Cockerell, 25, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony);
■ Lyndon Kale Coker, 44, theft of property, less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions (State Jail felony);
■ Santos Delagarza, 31, DWI 3rd or more (Third Degree felony);
■ Hayden Hargis Hunt, 35, DWI 3rd or more (Third Degree felony);
■ Levi Cody Kelley, 47, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (State Jail felony);
■ Timothy William Kennedy, 47, Assault (family violence) with previous conviction (Third Degree felony);
■ Carlos Manzano, 44, evading arrest or detention with previous conviction (State Jail felony);
■ Brianna Lee Mercer, 35, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony);
■ Amado Vasquez-Tapia, 41, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony) and Timothy James Wilson, 36, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony).
