An article in the July 11 edition mistakenly said a proposed zoning change would allow for 1,000 square foot plots instead of the standard 7,000. It should have read: “Among the items was the possible creation of a Single Family 1B (SF1B) district or ‘dense family’ allowing for 3,000 square foot lots (1,000 sq. ft. structure) instead of the current 7,000 square foot minimum.”
The Citizen apologizes for any confusion.
