The Erath County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals on felony charges Friday, June 21.
They are: Corbin Reece Bennett, 28, for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Alexis Shyann Bradford, 25, for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Pearson Tyler Deaver, 35, DWI with previous intoxication manslaughter conviction (Third Degree felony); Rosalinda Delosreyes, 35, possession of a firearm by a felon (Third Degree felony); Hunter Douglas Dubberly, 20, possession of a substance in penalty group 1-B (Third Degree felony); Humberto Juan Garcia, 39, DWI 3rd or more (Third Degree felony); Jennifer Ann Gooding, 39, fraud, possess/obtain controlled substance (Second Degree felony); Ramon De Jesus Gurrola-Delgado, 29, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Devan Hernandez, 22, manufacture or delivery of a sub-stance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (First Degree felony); Kelly Duane Howard, 54, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Walter Dank Luke, 66, forgery of a financial instrument (State Jail felony); Emilio Junior Mejia, 18, manufacturing or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (First Degree felony); Joseph Donald Miller, 56, forgery of a financial instrument (State Jail felony); Joseph Tanner Peavy, 30, credit card/debit card abuse (State Jail felony); Shannon Perales, 53, for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony) and tamper/fabricate physical evidence (Second Degree felony); Robert Dale Rigwood, 56, failure to comply with registration requirements (Second Degree felony); Isaiah Matthew Sparger, 21, evading arrest/detention with a vehicle (Third Degree felony); Johnny Dusten Thurman, 34, DWI 3rd or more (Third Degree felony); Tyrone James Townsend, 38, possession of substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (Second Degree felony) and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon (Third Degree felony); Jeremy Dwayne Underwood, 40, obstruction or retaliation (Third Degree felony); Kristin Darlene Walker, 29, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Timothy James Wilson, 36, two counts of possession of a sub-stance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felonies).
