Atmos Energy has sent out a notice that qualified customers in North, Central, and East Texas can apply for up to $4,000 in home upgrades at no cost. These upgrades can help customers keep cool as summer temperatures climb, stay warm in the winter and save money on utility bills.

It has been said it takes a village, and to get students prepared for the upcoming school year, Dublin citizens are being asked to help at this year’s annual Back-to-School Fair. The Dublin Public Library will be hosting its Back-to-School Fair from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Dublin EDC has recently reorganized its grants and is offering five of them to assist business owners and the community.
Brenda Baumert and Sandra Hammons, nieces of World War II veteran Noel Shoup, will be able to welcome their uncle back home after he went missing in action after his plane was shot down in France on Feb. 28, 1944. June 12 There was a report in the 400 block of East Harris for a dog that had no food or water with the owner out of town. Officer checked on the dog and referred the call to animal control. A reporting person advised a former tenant was causing problems.
