Bobber, the Water Safety Dog exhibits the proper way to wear a life vest to a crowd of more than 60 kids and parents during a water safety program at Dublin Public Library Thursday, May 30. Anthony Kelley and other staff of the Texas Department of State Health Services Community Health Improvement Program were on hand to present more than 30 free life vests to kids present while Bobber, Jared Harris and other members of the Fort Worth District Army Corps of Engineers presented information on proper vest usage and staying safe in the water. The presentation was moved outside due to the large attendance but had to move to standing room only in the clay room when it began to rain. The library thanks all who helped in the program.
