At 12:29 a.m. man was captured after breaking into a residence on CR 397, his hands were duct taped and he was held at gunpoint until officers arrived.
At 5:02 a.m. a vehicle rolled over and through a fence on FM 219 South, unknown injuries.
August 26
At 9:18 a.m. six cows were reported missing from CR 376, a big black heifer, two other thin-frame heifers, a mama cow and calf, and a bull calf weighing 450-500 lbs.
At 11:53 a.m. swarming bees were called in on CR 538 after stinging the resident. They were found massing on a nearby tree and fence.
