At 11:58 a.m. a vehicle ran off the road and wrecked on FM 8 West at CR 365, no injuries.
At 5:53 p.m. two wreckers were needed after a pickup rear ended a vehicle on FM 8 West at CR 397, injuring one driver’s leg.
At 8:26 p.m. five or six black cows were estrayed when the owner could not be found on CR 376.
July 18
At 10:35 a.m. multiple mailboxes were pulled from the ground and stolen on CR 156 and 160.
July 19
At 3:15 p.m. a black cow with reg ear tag and two small black calves were reported missing now for two months on FM 219 South.
July 21
At 2:04 p.m. there was a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Hwy 377 South and Hwy 267.
July 23
At 6:23 a.m. a deadly accident occurred on FM 8 West when two vehicles collided head on leaving one driver unconscious in a vehicle containing an open bottle of Corona and the other entrapped in a black BMW with no pulse. Both lanes were blocked and Careflite was called as well as two wreckers.
