At 1:24 p.m. 15-20 red and black cows were loose on FM 2303 and pushed into a pasture with no fencing, awaiting owner.

At 6:17 p.m. a vehicle had its windshield busted out from something flying out of an RV going the opposite direction on Hwy 377 South, injuring the driver.
May 6
At 3:53 p.m. trash illegally dumped on CR 274 and CR 253 was traced back to its owner by identifying mail.
At 6:28 p.m. a two-vehicle accident occurred on FM 8 West, no injuries.
At 7:55 p.m. the lock on a stall on FM 219 South was possibly cut to release a chestnut mare who was later found 10 miles up the road.
May 7
At 11:01 a.m. a suspicious white male with long brown hair driving a black Ford Expedition was asking residences about purchasing a catalytic converter.
May 8
At 8:29 a.m. a tan Ford pickup with possibly sleeping male and female passengers turned into a pursuit covering several counties and reaching speeds over 90 mph. The pursuit started on US 281 North with the vehicle weaving into oncoming traffic and passing on the right before turning right on FM 4 and going through Lipan where it turned on Gas Plant Road and drove through several yards. The vehicle hit a white Honda back on FM 4 just outside Tharpe Spring Road and the subjects were arrested and taken to jail.
