December 12

At 10:33 a.m. a call was made to report that trash was being dumped illegally on CR 359 every day.

At 10:42 a.m. two red 4-month-old heifers are being penned on CR 249, awaiting owner.

December 13

At 11:17 p.m. a structure was seen on fire on FM 8 West, unknown if anyone was inside.

December 14

At 1:12 p.m. a mail box was completely taken out by a vehicle which left behind several identifiable parts.

At 4:55 p.m. a single vehicle roll over carrying two passengers occurred on Hwy 377 South near F&F Flooring.

At 5:24 p.m. a twovehicle accident happened on CR 351.

December 15

At 3:19 p.m. an older male driving a silver Ford pickup with dark blue fenders has been seen parked across from the school on CR 351 watching the children. After being approached by a teacher, he drove down to the Greens Creek Cemetery.

December 16

At 8:49 a.m. a twovehicle accident involving a 2018 Chevy Malibu resulted an arm and leg injury on Hwy 377 South.

At 3:54 p.m. the above older male, Jeffrey Cubbage, was seen parked again across from the school on CR 351. He was taken into custody at the Greens Creek Cemetery and found to be in possession under two ounces.

At 6:18 p.m. a large fire near the landfill on CR 385 was in violation of the county burn ban, but was allowed to burn out since the fire was contained in a 6 foot by 15 foot hole and would be buried after.

At 8:33 p.m. a semi loaded with fire wood tipped over on CR 334 off FM 1702, no injuries.

December 17

At 10:06 a.m. a raccoon killed on CR 195 was determined to be rabid.

At 6:11 p.m. a tractor pulling a 15 foot shredder caught fire on Hwy 377 North shutting down both lanes of traffic. It broke the first wrecker trying to pick it up and a second bigger wrecker was called out.
