A family of mustached runners starts the annual Cinco de Mayo 5K and fun run benefitting the Erath County Humane Society. The annual event showcased a pet costume contest and vendors along with both a 5K and 1-mile fun run for both pets and humans alike. About $6,000 was raised in the event.
Pet adoptions were available at the Cinco De Mayo event allowing animals to find their forever homes while running alongside some new friends.
