Ruiz named winner of Dublin Rotary Club’s 4-Way speech contest

Victor Ruiz was named the winner of the Dublin Rotary Club’s 4-Way speech contest. Runners-up were Xitlali Briseno and Yaritza Ortega. Each year Rotary Clubs around the world conduct local speech contests to generate understanding of the 4-Way Test of
the Things We Think, Say or Do, which is a test used by Rotarians world-wide as a moral code for personal and business relationships.
