Revitalize Dublin, a local nonprofit dedicated to beautification, community development, and economic growth, is proud to announce its 3rd Annual Fundraiser Saturday, April 25. The event will be held at The Majestic on Grafton, also known as Shenanigans Irish Pub, near downtown Dublin.

Doors open at 5 p.m. with live music beginning at 7 p.m. This year’s fundraiser promises an evening of live music, great food, and community spirit. Guests will enjoy a high-energy performance by One Headlight Band, known for bringing the best of the ’90s to life. Bar Lee BBQ will be onsite serving delicious BBQ, and attendees won’t want to miss the crowd-favorite Mr. Legs contest, adding even more fun to the evening.

The event is free and open to the public, giving the community a chance to come together in support of Revitalize Dublin. A limited number of VIP tables are also available for purchase for those who would like an enhanced experience while supporting the organization at a higher level.

In addition to live entertainment, the evening will feature a silent auction with a variety of great items available, and RD is still seeking donated items from local businesses and supporters. Proceeds from the fundraiser will directly support the organization’s ongoing efforts, including:

• A homeowner matching grant program for exterior improvements such as windows, fencing, porches, and paint

• Community beautification projects, including citywide cleanup support and other improvement efforts

• Local economic support through partnerships with area suppliers and contractors This past year, Revitalize Dublin helped 11 homeowners and distributed nearly $5,000 through its matching grant program. The organization also supported community cleanups with rolloff dumpsters and enhanced downtown with “Welcome to Dublin” banners.

“Our goal is simple — to improve Dublin by assisting homeowners with costs associated with home repairs, to keep beautiful, vibrant, and growing,” said Lori Beggs, Board Vice President “This fundraiser allows us to continue investing directly back into our community.”
