Revitalize Dublin is proud to announce the award of our very first grant to Arlene Henderson, a resident of Camden Street. Arlene learned about the grant program through her handyman and wasted no time applying.
Her porch was in urgent need of repair—the wood was so deteriorated that her foot actually broke through it! Additionally, the large concrete stairs had shifted over time, becoming uneven and hazardous to use safely.
Arlene now has a restored porch with sturdy new wood, level stairs, and handrails to provide added safety and support. She shared before-and-after photos of the transformation, along with receipts for materials and labor.
We’re thrilled to have helped Arlene with the cost of her much-needed porch makeover.
