The following first responder calls were made March 17 -March 23. Local first responders handled 90 calls during this timeframe.

Dublin PD March 17

PD responded to a store in the 1000 block of North Patrick Street for a criminal trespass after theft.

A traffic hazard was reported on Hwy. 377/SH 6 with 2by4’s in the roadway on the bridge.

Animal at large was reported in the 1000 block of Thomas.

An individual in the 400 block of North Patrick reported a bullet hole in her car window. They think it may have occurred the day before.

A suspicious person was reported in the 400 Block of South Patrick when an individual went inside the store even though it was closed. Reporting person saw what he looked to be a flash light inside the building.

March 18

Dublin PD assisted another agency in regards to locating a teen that had run away.

A single vehicle roll over with a 26 foot box truck occurred on FM 1702.

A vehicle crash occurred in the 200 block of Highland.

PD offered a standby for child custody.

A home health person dropped some files outside and the wind blew them away. There was a piece of paper that blew into a field that she needed, but didn’t want to trespass.

A commercial burglary alarm activated in the 200 block of South Patrick.

March 19

An officer was sent to Patrick/Blackjack for traffic control in regards to a disabled semi truck.

An alarm was activated in the 200 block of South Patrick.

March 20

Comanche dispatch received a call about a White Jeep Renegade being reckless. They were going eastbound from Comanche. PD unable to locate.

A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 200 block of West Live Oak when an older Ford red in color sped up and tried to hit a child.

A reporting person in the 600 block of Lacey Street believed someone was in her vacant trailer house smoking.

March 21 Jaylynn Roberts was arrested for a DWI in the 1000 block of North Patrick.

A close patrol was requested due to stalking.

Oncor requested a crash report number for where a truck took out a power line.

A reporting person advised that someone came and dumped a vehicle in the grass alleyway next to his house in the 700 block of China Street.

Code enforcement responded on South Norton Street.

March 22

A two vehicle accident on FM 219/Loop 267 for blockage and injuries.

A welfare concern was called in by dispatch due to several 911 hangup calls in the 100 block of Scenic Drive.

A silver car was seen in the middle of Blackjack, then pulled into the gas pump area and the driver was seen getting out of the car with empty beer cans. A welfare concern was called in. Driver was ok.

March 23

Dublin PD assisted Comanche SO unit on a suspicious vehicle on CR 351.

Agency assist at a residence trying to make contact and were unable to locate the individual.

A 15-year-old runaway was reported.

48 traffic stops were conducted.

Dublin EMS

March 17 – EMS responded to an elderly male complaining of left arm numbness and being dizzy. EMS responded to a male with very low blood pressure. An elderly male fell and needed assistance.

March 21 – A young female stated she was feeling weak with abdominal pain. Transported to ER.

March 22 – An electrical pole was on fire on South Park and Trowbridge in Dublin. Two other fire investigations occurred in this area.

Dublin Fire

March 17 - A person looking towards Desdemona stated they could see thick black smoke. FD was disregarded.

March 18 - A fire was reported in a barn on FM 2156 with hay and ground feed on fire. Fire reportedly not very big, was in between walls.

A reporting person advised of possible house fire on FM219. Fire was not located.
