The following first responder calls were made Feb.16-Feb. 22. Local first responders handled 47 calls during this time frame and PD completed 18 traffic stops.

Dublin PD Feb. 16

Dublin PD assisted SPD with locating an adult to come to HEB to get a 14-year-old unlicensed driver and their friend.

A huge metal container was reported in the right hand lane on Hwy. 6/Loop 267.

A female was not responding and looked dizzy in the 300 block of North Patrick, requested an officer to come speak with her.

A reporting person in the 300 block of East May stated her vehicle had been side swiped and left the scene. Neighbors reported they had seen numerous trucks in the area recently.

Feb. 17

A person tried to break into a vehicle in the 300 block of Hurt Street.

Terroristic threats were reported in the 2200 block of East Hwy. 6.

Richard Smith was arrested for reckless driving.

A welfare concern about a dog was called in on CR 340. Reporting person wanted officers to check to see if the dog was still alive.

Feb. 18

A legal question was called into the PD.

An agency assist occurred at the Loop 267/377 split.

Feb. 19

A person reported a girls helmet and panties on the ground on Live Oak and Park.

A person reported a stolen phone, and knows who and where the phone is.

Feb. 20

An open door was reported in the 800 block of North Patrick.

A welfare concern was called in.

Feb. 21

A reporting person advised there was a red pitbull coming up to their house in the 300 block of West Sheridan and trying to get their grandkids. Person wants the dog gone.

A male was laying in the grass on the side of the road on North Patrick Street. Person wanted to make sure he was OK.

Feb. 22

An alarm activated in the 200 block of South Patrick.

A disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Hoffman Drive.

A person needed civil assistance to remove their clothes from a residence.

Erath County EMS – Dublin branch

Feb. 16 – a young male that was intoxicated hit his head on the side of the bed and passed out.

Feb. 20 – PD aided EMS with a life assist

Feb. 19 – A person reported their carbon monoxide alarm was beeping. Person waited outside for fire.

Feb. 19 – a person reported smelling gas outside in the 500 block of North Grafton Street.

Feb. 20 – EMS and fire were both paged for a fatality accident on 377 South at Allsup’s.

Feb. 21 – A small grass fire on the railroad tracks on East Harris was reported.
