The following first responder calls were made Nov. 24– Nov. 30. Local first responders handled 64 calls during this time frame and PD completed 30 traffic stops.

Dublin PD Nov. 24

There was a possible water line break on South Liberty St.

Nov. 25

A person requested an officer in front of the PD. Everything was fine, call referred to code enforcement.

Nov. 26

An open door was located in the 200 block of East Elm. It doesn’t appear that anything had been tampered with.

Wings over Texas Hospice reported a deceased person.

A welfare concern was reported regarding a person’s teenage children whom they had not been in contact with for about a week.

A Nissan 4-door hit a deer in the 400 block of West Blackjack.

A noise complaint was called in for a house in the 600 block of North Camden playing loud music.

A disturbance with a weapon was reported in the 500 block of North Camden St.

Nov. 27

A noise complaint was called in again in the 600 block of Camden Street. They reportedly turned the music back up.

A disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Austin St. when an intoxicated female was yelling in the middle of the street. Had been asked to leave multiple times.

A disturbance was reported in the 200 block of South Liberty when two females broke a window in a house.

A reckless driver was reported when a blue sedan almost ran the reporting person off the road on Hwy. 377/S. Patrick. Vehicle was not located.

A vehicle rolled into a tree in the 5200 block of CR 258. Both parties were able to get out of the vehicle.

Information was gathered about a civil matter.

Nov. 28

A person went outside and was hearing a car alarm go off in the 600 block of Elm St. with a male and female arguing loudly. Pablo Melendres was arrested for public intoxication.

A fraud report was taken in the 200 block of East Blackjack when a customer wrote a bad check.

An animal at large was reported in the 500 block of South Park. Two individuals swapped information so the dog could get back to the owner.

Nov. 29

An agency assist occurred on FM 219/2481.

Another agency assist also occurred on FM 219.

Information was gathered about the puddle. We aren’t sure where the puddle is, or what information there was to be gathered, but hopefully with this information the puddle puzzle can be put out to dry.

A dog was reportedly tied up in the 300 block of Gracie St. without food or water.

A loud music/disorderly conduct call was reported in the 500 block of East Church St.

A reporting person advised she could not go to sleep because she kept hearing popping at the head of the bed and asked someone to come check it out.

Nov. 20

A welfare concern was called in over custody issues.

Wood was located in the roadway on the Loop near Allsups.

An agency assist occurred for a gas drive off that lives in Dublin.

Nov. 29 – EMS did a standby at the high school for a playoff football game.

Nov. 25 – Heavy grey smoke was reported in the 600 block of Briarwood Street.

Nov. 28 – Fire was paged for a vehicle crash in the 6300 block of FM 1702.
