The following first responder calls were made Sept. 15– Sept. 21. Local first responders handled 85 calls during this timeframe and PD completed 27 traffic stops.

Dublin PD Sept. 15

Dublin PD was called to assist another agency with a two-vehicle crash with no injuries but road blockage in the 8800 block of Hwy. 377.

A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 600 block of Thomas with two people just sitting in a blue Suburban.

A two-vehicle accident occurred in the 1600 block of Hwy. 6. Both drivers were fine and both vehicles were off the roadway.

A shots fired call was reported in the 1000 block of West Blackjack.

A criminal trespass warning was issued on a subject, and was unable to be located.

Suspicious activity was reported in the 300 block of East Harris when a person saw something in her driveway on her camera, but was afraid to go look.

Sept. 17

A suspicious person was reported in the 700 block of Sheehan when a young man with a painted face and a sword walked out.

A fire alarm was reported in the 1000 block of PR 1145 but was canceled.

Suspicious activity was reported in the 700 block of North Park when there were two individuals with flashlights between the reporting party and another house. Neighbor advised no one should have been there. A criminal trespass warning was issued.

Sept. 18

A one vehicle rollover was reported on Hwy. 377.

An ex mother-in-law was reportedly threatening to steal a dog.

An abandoned vehicle was reported on 615 E. Elm.

Sept. 19

A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 200 block of Highland.

A dog at large was reported in the 700 block of China Street and was having a ruff day.

Property was found and returned to the police station.

A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 200 block of Highland Avenue.

Sept. 20

A 911 hangup occurred with two individuals fighting.

A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 500 block of Highland Avenue. Driver looked to be asleep and the door was open. Benjamin Jaramillo was arrested for Public Intoxication.

A welfare check was done for an elderly individual.

PD escorted the trail ride through town.

A disturbance occurred in the 300 block of North Camden. Randy Dickey and Brent Cameron were arrested on assault by threat.

Sept. 21

An off duty officer asked for back up at the park in regards to a disturbance.

A noise complaint was called in for the 100 block of South Harrell Street for dogs who have been barking all night long.

A harassment call between neighbors was reported in the 200 block of East Blackjack.

A boxer with a neon green collar and service vest was reported in a person’s yard in the 500 block of east Elm.

A disturbance was reported in the 500 block of East Church after a verbal altercation and shoving occurred. A criminal trespass warning was issued.

A disturbance was reported between two individuals over child custody with no written custody agreement in place.

A person wanted someone to speak to a family member about a dog that had been violent in a home where there were children. Called twice.

Dublin EMS

Sept. 15 – an elderly female told a reporting party she was going to pass out. The female was in and out of consciousness and was breathing.

Sept. 17 – An elderly male was transported from a business. A lift assist was requested for a double amputee.

Sept. 18 – a person reported they were having tingling in their hands and feet on Hwy. 377. An EMS standby was done.

Sept. 19 – a 29-year-old female was reporting chest pain and stomach burning. An elderly male reported high blood pressure. An elderly male fell and had a possible broken ankle. A middle-aged female had a procedure done earlier in the day, was shaking badly and couldn’t walk.

Sept. 20 – An elderly male with Covid needed medical assistance. An elderly female was having a seizure.

Dublin Fire

Sept. 20 – a person advised a controlled burn on CR 322 might have been getting out of control. They wanted a firetruck to go check.

Sept. 21 – A person reported a large grass fire near the County Line on FM 2156. Comanche County requested units to assist at a grass fire at FM 2921 and CR 482.

A fire was reported on CR 299 in a pasture, close to the fence line and getting close to barn.
