The following first responder calls were made Feb. 14-March 2. Local first responders handled 75 calls during this timeframe.

Dublin PD Feb. 24

PD responded to a civil matter about a wood wall made close to the property line.

PD assisted with a hit and run for another agency.

Officers checked on an elderly man who was walking on Clinton Street.

Feb. 25

PD responded to a disturbance with possible weapons involved.

Officers responded to a reckless driver car on FM 2156/CR 371 when a maroon car was unable to maintain lane and speed. They did not locate the driver.

A suspicious vehicle was reported in front of a business on Liberty Street. Car was running with lights on, and no one inside. Parked on the shoulder and not in the business parking lot.

A front door alarm activated on a business in the 200 block of South Patrick Street.

Feb. 26

Dogs were barking all night again in the 400 block of Clinton St. A warning card was given to the owner.

A building check was performed in the 200 block of Elm Street.

A front door alarm activated in the 200 block of South Patrick, twice.

Feb. 27

Officers responded to a suicidal subject call.

PD responded to a disturbance call in the 600 block of Lauren St.

Feb. 28

A reckless driver call was made on an 18-wheeler with hogs in the back with the driver possibly asleep. They were unable to locate the vehicle.

An animal cruelty complaint was followed up on when a dog was on a chain with no food or water.

March 1

A minor 2-vehicle accident occurred on CR 303.

PD was requested for a personal matter, potentially harassment related.

A reporting person wanted to speak to PD about her dog, she was at the station.

A reckless driver call was reported swerving going into Sonic. They were unable to locate the driver.

An older female has been hearing arguing in the area outside her home.

March 2

PD responded to a disturbance on Gracie Street.

Officers responded on a disorderly conduct call on Hawk/Dove Streets for four teenage boys waving a gun around.

Police responded to a disturbance where a female stabbed another person in the neck. Incident occurred in Stephenville.

An officer checked out with a suspicious vehicle in the 1000 block of West Blackjack.

There were 29 traffic stops performed in the week.

Dublin EMS

Feb. 24- EMS responded to an elderly male with back pain. EMS responded to the DQ for an elderly female that fell and potential broke her arm.

Feb. 26 – a baby fell out of a highchair and though there were no visible signs of injury parent said the little girl seemed confused. EMS responded for a nonemergent lift assisted for a bariatric patient.

Feb. 27 – A college aged male was having chest pains with no history of heart problems.

Feb. 28 – EMS transported a middle-aged male with back and side hurting.

March 2- An elderly male on hospice fell and needed assistance getting up. EMS was called for an elderly female having difficulty swallowing and unable to get up from bed.

March 2 – EMS responded for a female that just had a seizure.

Dublin Fire

Feb. 25 – Fire responded to a large grass fire on CR 299 that was moving quickly. Fire was called to investigate smoke on S. FM 219 with a possible brush fire.

Feb. 28 – A large fire was reported as moving quickly near Blue Jay Dairy. Call was canceled for Dublin because not in their jurisdiction.

March 2 - A fire was reported on Pearl Street. Destroyed vehicle and shed. A grass fire was reported on Gracie Street that led to two homes catching on fire. Fire was called back later for a rekindle on Gracie Street. Home was smoldering.
