From Staff Reports
The following first responder calls were made June 23–June 29. Local first responders handled 63 calls during this timeframe and PD completed 11 traffic stops.
Dublin PD June 23
A female in the 800 block of Courtney Drive had a snake in her yard.
A single vehicle roll over occurred on Hwy. 6/FM 914 and the driver was stuck in the car.
A fender bender occurred in the Dollar General parking lot. Other driver was trying to leave.
A subject was acting erratic on CR 351.
An individual reported a car speeding up and down the road in the 500 block of Grand St.
June 24
A gas line was dug up in the 300 block of Olla Street and there was a leak.
June 25
Three hangup 911 calls were reported in the 500 block of North Grafton Street.
June 26
A female went into Dollar General and reported she was being chased by a male after a verbal altercation. He was possibly armed with a knife.
There was a natural gas leak in the 500 block of East Blackjack. Person doesn’t need units, just notifying them that he’s out there fixing it.
A person was in the lobby requesting to speak to an officer about potential protective order violation.
A reporting person stated she has a storage unit and the lock was cut off. Three guns were missing. Waco PD has the firearms.
A vehicle vs trailer vehicle crash occurred on FM 914.
June 27
A suspicious person was reported in the 17 block of Cain Drive. She saw a flashlight in her bedroom window, could see a person standing under the carport.
A large white dog with black spots kept attacking the reporting person’s chickens and was in her yard in the 400 block of North Park.
A reporting person stated that she not heard from her friend in two weeks and could not get a hold of him. He is elderly and lives alone.
A CO2 alarm system was alerting in the 1000 block of CR 343.
A nasty looking stray cat that was drooling was reported in the 400 block of West Live Oak.
June 28
A vehicle was driving up and down the road, stopping at various houses on Hawk Street.
A person was concerned about a family member that was involved in a car accident. He was bleeding from his head and becoming violent with family members inside the home.
A reporting person advised the owner of the carwash left his keys in one of the stalls. The reporting person was wanting to turn them in.
A welfare concern was issued for a male that was walking down the street on North Grafton trying to sell solar panels carrying only a water bottle and a phone.
A request to block an intersection for a funeral was made.
Reckless driving was made for a blacked out 4 by 4 with a canceled plate.
June 29
Dublin PD assisted the Sheriff’s Office on a call where a male threw a female out of a vehicle and was following her in a vehicle.
An alarm was going off on North Davies.
A criminal trespass warning was issued.
A black charger with a blue stripe drove by the 800 block of West Blackjack and it sounded like they fired a gun. Vehicle no longer there.

June 23 – An elderly lady had stroke like symptoms. An elderly female fell, is partly blind and was in pain from the fall.
June 24 – There was a request to go to hospital for severe constipation.
June 25 – A 13-year-old girl passed out and dropped to the floor.
June 26 – An elderly female was experiencing dizzy spells. She was having ear pain, is on medication for acid reflux and high blood pressure. Almost fell from the dizziness.
June 28 – Comanche County requested mutual aid for a single vehicle accident with five patients. An elderly female was dizzy and had a rash. A male thinks his middle aged wife might be having a stroke. A middle aged female had been having a seizure for about five minutes. An elderly female fell and needed help getting back up.
