Thefollowingfirstresponder calls were made Feb. 18-Feb. 23. Local first responders handled 64 calls during this timeframe.

Dublin PD Feb. 18

A drive hit the fence at the Catholic Church and then at the Church of Christ. He fled the scene and was caught by the grocery store. Filemon Monreal Galvan was arrested for duty on striking and public intoxication.

Police aided with a civil matter regarding ownership of a vehicle.

A reporting person called with a complaint about a dog being tied up in front of a trailer house behind the Dairy Queen. A citation was given to the owners.

Feb. 19

A false alarm was reported in the 200 block of South Patrick. Another alarm went off several hours later at the same location.

Feb. 20

Dogs were continuously barking for more than an hour in the 400 block of North Park Street.

A shots fired call came out in the 500 block of East Dobkins. The reporting person was cleaning a revolver and it went off. No one was injured.

An officer transported a student home to Riata mobile home park.

An officer went to Dairy Queen to investigate a call they received.

Feb. 21

A reporting person advised she twisted her ankle and could not come to office to sign paperwork for someone to come pick up their belongings.

A reporting person advised people were in front of Market Latina asking people for money and they advised they would like to leave.

A reporting person was looking for his daughter and uncle in a Jeep.

Feb. 22 A reporting person in the 300 block of West Sheridan advisedtherewasanaggressive dog that lives across the street, and it’s in the person’s yard and he’s unable to get to his vehicle.

A fraud report was filed when a person stated someone was taking money out of her bank via cash app. She does have cash app but is not using it.

A reporting person heard loud music and wanted it turned down. They did not know address but stated it could be on O’Neil and Park.

Feb. 23

There was a neighbor dispute in the 300 block of Preston Lane.

A person wanted the area checked for a grey jeep. They stated the person inside was looking for an older male individual walking.

There were 21 traffic stops.

Feb. 17 - EMS responded to a teen in mental distress. EMS responded to middle aged female who collapsed on the couch and could not move.

Feb. 18 - EMS responded to a driver with a high heart rate after being ran off the roadway on Hwy. 377 by a semi and hitting a mailbox. EMS responded to a young adult having chest pains that had tested positive for COVID earlier.

Feb. 19 - An elderly female who is diabetic possibly has low blood sugar.

Feb. 20 - A middle aged female with endometriosis was transported for blood loss. EMS responded to a male who got something in his eyes at work and now couldn’t see.

Feb. 21 – A middle aged woman with severe migraines reported over the counter meds not working.

Feb. 22 – an elderly female washavingbreathingdifficulty. A young lady fell and hit her head and was bleeding.

Feb. 23 – An elderly male has COPD and other health issues, and he wasn’t feeling well. Wanted to be checked out by EMS. An elderly male was having chest pains and trouble breathing. An elderly female had been having lots of headaches, has been taking medication, was bleeding from mouth and nose.

Feb. 18- A chicken coop was reported on fire in the 1800 block of CR 304. Feb. 22 – There was a brush fire in the 1700 block of CR 368. Feb. 23 – There was a grass fire out of control on CR 351.
