The following first responder calls were made Feb. 10-Feb. 17. Local first responders handled 75 calls during this timeframe.

Dublin PD Feb. 10

An officer transported a subject to Hamilton’s Hope House.

Someone asked to speak to an officer because someone took a power cord to his trailer.

Police were called for a disturbance involving a teenage subject.

A theft was reported over a title to a vehicle where a subject took the title to Oregon and put his name on it.

Feb. 11

PD followed up a welfare concern.

Police responded to a vehicle theft/civil matter after a subject reported the vehicle missing after speaking to two individuals about purchasing the vehicle.

A welfare concern was followed up regarding a teen with mental health issues.

PD responded to a smoke alarm triggers in a home in the 400 block of Grand Street. No fire.

Feb. 12

A caller wanted to know options after her truck came up missing. They had spoken to a person over the phone about selling her truck and the next day it came up missing.

A sexual assault was reported to PD.

A fraud report was taken. A reporting person stated she found a very young kitten in the 1000 block of North Patrick.

A person shot a skunk and was inquiring whether it should be sent off for testing.

Feb. 14

A sexual assault of a child was reported.

A reporting person advised there was a small dog running around in front of Blackjack’s on East Blackjack.

A vehicle crash occurred on the Loop and one patient was transported.

Two 10-year-olds were physically fighting and parents wanted to file a police report.

Someone possibly broke into a home in the 800 block of Courtney Drive.

There was another accident on the Loop with two cars blocking roadway.

Feb. 15

A suspicious person was reported in the 400 block of North Patrick with someone outside the house looking in window. No one was located and a close patrol was conducted.

A vehicle crash occurred on Clinton Street with a single vehicle taking down a telephone pole.

A small white dog was reported walking in the street in the 400 block of South Patrick.

The bus beside 1.21 GW was reported to have open doors that were not open earlier. Police checked out vehicle.

Marco Antonio Rivera Gonzales was arrested for public intoxication at Dollar General.

Feb. 16

A reckless driver call was reported after an older grey sedan with a headlight out almost hit the guardrail and went into the bar ditch on Hwy. 377. The vehicle was unable to be located.

A two vehicle car wreck was reported on Hwy. 377 and CR 379. One vehicle was in the roadway and one was in the ditch.

23 traffic stops were reported for the week.

Dublin EMS

Feb. 10 - EMS called for elderly diabetic female with low oxygen level. EMS called for an elderly male who fell in the bathroom, but did not appear injured. EMS called for elderly male with a history of stroke, who was having a possible stroke. EMS called for an elderly person not breathing.

Feb. 11 - EMS was called for a middle aged female with a high fever who had not been feeling well. An elderly patient with possible pneumonia was transported to the hospital.

Feb. 12 - An elderly patient who went to ER night before with breathing difficulties was feeling unwell again.

Feb. 13- EMS was called for an elderly female having trouble breathing who has COPD. An elderly female with high blood pressure was transported to the ER.

Feb. 14 - EMS was called for female with acute pancreatitis having abdominal and chest pains, transported to the ER.

Feb. 16 - An elderly male fell earlier in the day and was having shoulder, back and rib pain.

Dublin VFD

Feb. 15 - A reporting person in the 700 block of CR 508 advised something behind her property was on fire, possibly farm equipment. FD responded to tractor fire.
