Ralph “Jasbo” Fulkerson (above) was honored by the Dublin Rodeo Heritage Museum during a banquet Saturday at Dublin Secondary for his contributions in keeping riders safe and entertaining everyone as a rodeo clown at the Dublin rodeo and abroad. Dr. Vernon Williams of Abilene Christian University presented a video on Jasbo’s life before family member Steve Hudgens was presented with the award by Mac McKinnon (right). A chicken fried steak meal with all the trimmings was catered by Littlejohn’s while Cheryl and Troy Moore of Stephenville Cattle Company assisted with the auction.
