Prime Metal Buildings & Components announced the expansion of its retail and manufacturing and the creation of more jobs in Dublin with the plans to open a 24,000 sq.ft. retail store in Weatherford and the relocation of the Dublin retail branch to Stephenville.
“While Prime’s national headquarters and primary manufacturing divisions will remain in Dublin, shifting the retail store to Stephenville will enhance accessibility for customers and allow Prime to expand product offerings in the larger facility,” the company said in a March 1 release.
Of Prime’s 250-member workforce, 18 employees will transition to the new Stephenville location. Stephenville will boast the largest of Prime’s retail locations with a square footage of 48,000.
