A reporting person requested a return phone call with a legal question.
There was a welfare check on elderly lady. The reporting person had not seen her out in several days. Officer made contact with her and she stated she was OK.
A reporting person advised the whole block in the 300 block of Gracie was full of smoke. Officer in area advised it was a controlled burn.
There was a report of a man on Harris and North Norton falling off his motorcycle possibly going 40 mph in front of Dublin Bottling Works. The driver stated he was fine. Officer made scene and the driver of the motorcycle had left the scene and could not be located.
Oct. 2
First National Bank of Dublin Alarm activated. Bank called and advised it was a false alarm. Officer checked to make sure everything was OK.
A criminal trespass was issued for a parent at the high school.
A reporting person advised the grave digger said there was a power line down at the cemetery by the gazebo. Officer made scene and it was not a power line. It looked to be an old cable/phone line.
There was a reckless driver reported in the city park. Officer made contact with the driver and he stated he was not driving recklessly, but he does have a loud exhaust. Officers did not see him driving recklessly and he was advised not to do that.

Officer made contact with Tarleton students in the 100 block of Elm
Street.
Oct. 4
A reporting person woke up and their vehicle was gone. Officer made scene and they were informed that the little sister took it, and it was not stolen.
Minor two vehicle accident in the drive through in the 800 block of North Patrick. Officer took photos and did a call for service due to it being on private property.
A reporting person had legal questions about child custody.
A vehicle in the 200 block of West Blackjack was running for an hour with no occupants. Officer went to check and the owner forgot to turn the car off. Everything was OK.
A reporting person declined to pursue any charges or a criminal trespass after threats and arguments with a family member.
Oct. 5
A reporting person was locked out of her house. Officer made scene and helped her get back inside of her house.
There was a welfare check on a neighbor since they haven’t seen him or any activity at his house for awhile. Officer made contact with the owner and he is in the hospital for awhile.
There was a report of a disturbance at a trailer in Riata. Call referred to county since the residence is in the county, not the city limits.
An officer was flagged down by someone on a motorcycle at Brookshire Brothers. They said they were almost ran off the road by a Toyota truck. Officer was in the area trying to locate the truck.
Oct. 6
A male individual threatened to burn a house down at Riatta trailer park and would burn a house down for drugs. Officer met with the reporting person who said the subject has come before searching for meth and she told him she didn’t have any drugs. The subject hit her in the back of the head and left the scene. Police are continuing to investigate.
A reporting person on South Harrell said her neighbors have been gone for a few days and their two German Shepherds were out of the fence, and attacked another dog in the area. Officer made scene to check the other small dog that was not injured. The Shepherds are human friendly and have food and water in the backyard.
An active disturbance occurred between two males. Only verbal. Parties separated for the evening.
