Aug. 19

A reporting party came to the station wanting to pursue charges after an assault happened two days prior.

Officer responded to juvenile mental health call.

Aug. 20

A reporting party advised a group of kids had been banging on her door and walls all week. in the 100 block of Comanche. Officer spoke to the mother and one of the teens who had lost a necklace. Reporting party stated there was no necklace in the yard and the kids were informed not to go back on the property.

Aug. 21

An investigation of a threat was completed after a civil issue in the 200 block of Liberty.

A reportingpartyrequested an officer in the 600 block of Laurel for a civil matter.

A female would not let a male into the residence to get his stuff for work. Officer advised her on how to go through the eviction process.

Aug. 22

A driver ‘brake checked’ someone on Hwy. 377 South and the other party threw something, hitting the complainant’s window. Officer did not locate any of the vehicles.

A call from ECSO was received about a black Dodge Ram being involved in a hit and run and headed towards Dublin. Officers headed to the area on opposite sides of Hwy. 377 and the truck did not go on the loop or through Dublin. License plate came back to an address in Comanche.

Aug. 23

There was a male walking between Allsup’s and the Dublin City Limits.

An officer provided information on how to get mental health assistance when requested by a family member.

Police were requested to make a report against a family member who has mental health issues and injured the complainant’s children.

A reporting person called and stated her depressed friend had been drinking all day and possibly has alcohol poisoning. Officer arrived on scene and person was vomiting and highly intoxicated. Officers offered to get her medical treatment but she declined to get treatment at the hospital.

Officer responded to a complaint of a juvenile male harassing a juvenile female. Officer made scene and the juvenile female refused to play with the other kid and he started cursing and came to the house multiple times. Officer spoke to the kid and their guardian and they were advised not to go back to the complainant’s residence.

A caller advised she heard her back gate open and close and she thought someone was in her back yard in the 400 block of Liveoak. Officers searched around house and area and did not see anyone. The residence was on close patrol.

Aug. 25

There was a report of a strange vehicle parked out behind their barn in the 700 block of North Patrick. Officer checked with subject and he was trying to find signal on his phone. He was asked to leave the property.

There was a report of loud music in the 400 block of Comanche.

There was a report of a wrong way driver. An officer was out in the area that the driver was last scene and no one was located.
