A reporting person advised there is a male that won’t leave from Big’s store. An officer on scene spoke with the store clerk and a criminal trespass was issued.
June 18
An officer was out on a motorist assist on North Patrick checking on a vehicle and driver.
A reporting person advised someone owes money for a tire. Officer spoke with them and advised them of their options since it’s a civil matter.
A reporting person advised someone possibly threw away a dead animal in the dumpsters at the Elementary School. Officer came on scene and there was the odor of something decaying in the dumpster for several days. The officer found several packages of store bought meat products that were dumped in there. Video was recovered and released online. The investigation is continuing.
A reporting person has four to five units at Central Inn Storage that the locks were cut off of. Officer will get the information of the owners who rent there and see if anyone has anything missing.
June 19
A white Nissan was approaching the Dublin Allsup’s driving recklessly. Officer in the area was unable to locate vehicle, possibly headed towards Comanche.
June 20
A reporting person needed assistance getting in her house in the 500 block of Elm. Officer was on scene and the home owner advised she was able to get in.
A mental health check was completed on an elderly male. It was discovered he had an infestation of bugs in his home.
A warrant service for Hamilton County was attempted but individual was not home.
A reporting person advised the upstairs neighbors were being very loud. Officer on scene did not hear noises but made contact and there were siblings playing music earlier. They said they would keep it down.
June 21
A reporting person advised her boyfriend was going to break the locks on a storage building and it is in their name. Reporting person advised there were involved in a domestic disturbance a few days ago and the male individual may be on location.
A child was found in front of the Baptist Church with no parents around. Officer took the child back to the police station and was later returned to the parents.
Zackery Ailiff was arrested for a warrant out of Hamilton County for theft $750 or more, less than $2,500. He was booked into the Erath County jail.
June 22
A reporting person at Allsup’s advised a woman walked into the store to buy beer and was denied the sale because it was after midnight. Woman took a case of beer anyway and put $30 on the counter and left. Subject may be intoxicated and had children in the car.
Subject reported inappropriate behavior by teenage workers hired for clearing land.
A 14-year-old got into a fight with his sister and left. Officer located the juvenile at Dairy Queen. He was given a ride home.
June 23
A reporting person advised a male was going to get more beer and was highly intoxicated headed towards the store. Officer went to several gas stations to locate the vehicle and was unable to locate the description of the vehicle or the subject.
A reporting person heard what sounded like a woman screaming for help. An officer went to the area and a juvenile female advised she screamed because of bugs outside.
